RNA-seq of total RNA from human adipose tissue stem cells induced to adipogenesis and osteogenesis for 24 hours

ABSTRACT: Here we study the modulation of genes during adipogenesis and osteogeneses in adipose tissue-derived stem cells after 24 hours. We sequencing the total RNA and RNA isolated from free, monosome and polysome fractions.
