RNA-seq of one human cortex sample and one sample from the HAP1 cell line, used to illustrate the development and application of the JCC score

ABSTRACT: Two RNA-seq libraries were used as example data to illustrate the development and application of the junction coverage compatibility (JCC) score. They represent different experimental systems and were sequenced on different hardware on different occasions, which was desirable in order to illustrate the application of the computational methods to different RNA-seq libraries.
