RNAi knock down using siRNAs targeting PROX1 or §-catenin in human colon carcinoma cells

ABSTRACT: PROX1 or §-catenin was depleted in SW480 by siRNA transfection and the gene expression profiles were compared to negative controls to study the genes affected.
