RNA-seq of Atlantic salmon primary hepatocytes treated with alpha-linolenic acid

ABSTRACT: Primary hepatocytes were prepared from Atlantic salmon and grown for 8 days. Data from this experiment was compared to precision cut liver slice (PCLS) culture from Atlantic salmon.
