MicroRNA-seq of miRNAs from control and DIS3L knockdown HeLa cells

ABSTRACT: DIS3L is a 3' to 5' exonuclease that plays a role in the degradation of cellular RNAs. The aim of this experiment was to identify miRNAs that are regulated by DIS3L in human cells.
