Transcriptional response to wounding of Arabidopsis thaliana roots

ABSTRACT: Time course transcriptional profiling after wounding of 7 day old Arabidopsis roots, cut into 0.3 mm pieces. Samples were taken at 0 h, 1 h, 3 h, 6 h and 12 h after wounding.
