Affymetrix GeneChip® human gene 2.0 ST array analysis of SKOV-3 human ovarian cancer cells following siRNA knockdown of MAD2 or TLR4 compared to cells transfected with scrambled negative control siRNAs.


ABSTRACT: Both TLR4 and MAD2 are biomarkers associated with paclitaxel resistance in ovarian cancer. Therefore we performed microarray analysis following knockdown of each marker in SKOV-3 cells to gain greater insight into key downstream pathways that these biomarkers activate and also determine any potential mechanistic overlaps between these biomarkers.
