Gene expression profiles in spinal cord of control and sporadic Amyotrophic Lateral Sclerosis patients

ABSTRACT: We performed gene expression profiles of spinal cord samples of ALS patients (30) and controls (10) in order to obtain transcriptomics information belonging to different brain regions of ALS patients. Motor cortex gene expression profiles of the same patients were previously submitted (E-MTAB-2325) and published.
