Whole genome sequecing of Candida albicans ketoconazole tolerant mutants

ABSTRACT: C. albicans reference strain SC5314 was exposed to inhibitory concentration of ketoconzole. Seven mutants which obtained tolerance to ketoconazole were karyotyped by whole genome sequencing.
