Array-based transcriptomic analysis of human hepatocarcinomas of different histological grades versus non-tumorous liver tissues


ABSTRACT: Gene expression profiling was performed to analyse human hepatocarcinomas (HCCs) of different histological grades and tumor-adjacent non-neoplastic liver tissues (FFPE samples from surgical specimens). Genes differently expressed in tumors versus adjacent non-neoplastic tissues were used for following bioinformatic analyses.
