Gene expression profile of subcutaneous panniculitis-like T-cell Lymphoma


ABSTRACT: Gene expression profiling from skin tissue samples. Pre-treatment = sample taken before any treatment at the time of SPTL diagnosis, post-treatment 1 = sample taken during treatment after 3 to 6 months of diagnosis and post-treatment 2 = sample taken during treatment after 6 to 12 months of diagnosis.

<h4>Background</h4>Subcutaneous panniculitis-like T cell lymphomas represent a rare and difficult to diagnose entity of cutaneous T cell lymphomas. SPTL affects predominantly young adults and presents with multifocal subcutaneous nodules and frequently associated autoimmune features.
