Glucocorticoids induced transcriptional regulation in acute lymphoblastic leukemia

ABSTRACT: Four acute lymphoblastic leukemia cell lines SUP-B15, JURKAT, MOLT-3, and CCRF-CEM cells were treated with glucocorticoids such as dexamethasone and prednisolone for six hours before RNA extraction.
