RNA-seq of human CD4+ and CD8+ T-cells from patients with juvenile-onset systemic lupus erythematosus (JSLE)

ABSTRACT: T-cells are important in the pathogenesis of juvenile-onset systemic lupus erythematosus (JSLE). Transcriptomic analysis of FACS sorted primary CD4+ and CD8+ T-cells was performed to assess differential gene expression in patient groups.
