RNAseq-based Transcriptional Profiling of Adult Male Rat Liver and/or Kidney following 90 Day Dietary Exposure to Fenpicoxamid, Pronamide, Sulfoxaflor, or Triclopyr Acid


ABSTRACT: We report the RNAseq-based transcriptome profiles of adult male rat liver and/or kidney following approximately 90 day dietary exposure to the following four molecules: Fenpicoxamid, Pronamide, Sulfoxaflor, or Triclopyr Acid. Each molecule had a distinct control group. In the afternoon on the day prior to necropsy, animals were fasted. Transcriptome data were generated using Illumina-based RNA sequencing
