The AT-hook DNA binding protein, TashAT2 of Theileria annulata acts as an analogue of mammalian HMGA to tune the BoMac cell transcriptome

ABSTRACT: In this study TashAT2 was transfected into BoMAc cells to generate three expressing and three control (opposite orientation/non expressing) cell lines. RNA seq was then conducted and identified differentially expressed genes.
