RNA-seq data of three Lupinus angustifolius lines profiled for Diaporthe toxica resistance, based on stem RNA isolates from inoculated and control plants


ABSTRACT: Very resistant line (75A:258, carrying the Phr1 allele), moderately resistant line (Wonga, carrying the PhtjR allele) and a susceptible line (Emir) were used in this study. 4 weeks after plant sowing lower parts of stems were scarified and inoculated with Diaporthe toxica (studied plants) or not inoculated (control plants). Stem tissue was sampled at 1, 5, 9, 16 and 23 days post inoculation.
