Transcription profiling by array of lymphocytes from BRCA1-mutation carriers and controls in response to irradiation

ABSTRACT: Lymphocytes from 10 BRCA1-mutation carriers and 6 controls were cultured and irradiated with 10Gy. Additional 15 mutation carriers and 5 controls were subjected to the same treatment and scanned separately.
