Transcription profiling of human cell cultures, MCF7 and SYS5Y, subjected to volatile anesthetic gasses

ABSTRACT: Human cell cultures (MCF7 and SY5Y) were subjected to volatile anesthetic gasses in an operation theater and monitored for full genome gene expression characteristics to learn more about the time dependent molecular mechanisms that occur during surgery and to find the implications that anesthetics may have in finding gene expression fingerprints.
