Transcription profiling of yeast wild type strain DBY7286 and crz1D strain YHY804 exposed to CaCl2

ABSTRACT: Wild-type strain DBY7286 and the crz1 mutant strain YHY804 were cultured and exposed to NaCl. Samples were collected at 30 and 45 min after Na+ addition. For the publication the experiment was repeated twice, and corresponding timepoints from each experiment were averaged. The first two arrays and last two arrays in this set correspond to the individual experiments.
