Transcription profiling by array of Arabidopsis wild type and topoIV mutant plants at the end of a dark period and after re-illumination

ABSTRACT: A topoisomeras IV mutant in a flu background was identified in a mutant screen for ectopic activation of a reporter for singlet oxygen release. Gene expression was profiled on AGRONOMCS1 microarrays for wild type and the topoIV mutant at the end of an 8h dark period and after 30min of re-illumination.
