Transcription profiling of Buchnera aphidicola to analyse the relationships between gene expression and chromosomal organization

ABSTRACT: The aim of this work was to analyse the relationships between gene expression and chromosomal organization in Buchnera aphidicola. In order to have access to inter-gene comparison data, gene expression levels were normalized with genomic DNA. The data set is composed of 2 slides hybridized with genomic DNA and 2 slides hybridized with cDNA.
