Transcription profiling of human ovarian cancer cell lines


ABSTRACT: RNA from 30 ovarian cancer lines was extracted when cells were growth to 70-80% confluency. Total RNA was extraced with Qiagen Rneasy columns and evaluated for quality by Bioanalyzer.
