Transcription profiling of tammar primary mammary cells challenged with E. coli-derived lipoteichoic acid or lipopolysaccharide


ABSTRACT: primary mammary cells of the tammar were cultured with 5ug/mL E. coli derived lipoteichoic acid or lipopolysaccharide for four hours. Two control groups where tammar primary mammary cells were cultured for zero and four hours without this stimulant were also used.
