ABSTRACT: Transcription profiling in rats fed modified AIN76 diet, high fat/low fibre, (controls) and rats fed apple-supplemented diets, contained 7.6% of lyophilized apples with low (Golden) or high (Marie M�nard) proanthocyanidins.
