Transcription profiling of human lysinuric protein intolerance patients vs. controls

ABSTRACT: An Illumina microarray analysis of the changes in the transcription of genes other than SLC7A7 in 13 Finnish patients with lysinuric protein intolerance (LPI). The patient samples were compared to a pooled sample of 10 sex and age-matched controls which was hybridised twice on the microarrays (Control A and Control B).
