Transcription profiling of human node-negative breast cancer samples to validate a 70 gene prognostic signature


ABSTRACT: A 70-gene signature has been shown in a single institution to have prognostic value in patients with node-negative breast cancer. The purpose of the present study was to validate the signature in independent patient samples.
