Platform comparison of Affymetrix and 2 colour chips labelled with extracts derived from mice treated with Antiotensin II to induce hypertension in either a chronic or acute fashion

ABSTRACT: This study is a comparison of results from spotted 2-color cDNA arrays and Affymetrix chips using the same labeled extracts. The samples wer derived from mice in which hypertension was induced with angiotensin by an acute or chronic method.
