Flow in the presence or absence of L-NAME or ODQ versus no flow


ABSTRACT: HUVEC were exposed to 150 minutes of high shear stress using a Cellmax flow cardtridge either in the presence or absence of 100 uM L-NAME or 10 uM L-ODQ; luminal flow was 25 ml/min; resulting a shear stress of 25 dyn/cm2. A simultaneously run cartridge not subjected to luminal, but to pericapillary flow, served as control.
