Inactivation of Notch4 Attenuated Pancreatic Tumorigenesis in Mice.

ABSTRACT: Expression of the Notch family of receptors is often upregulated in pancreatic ductal adenocarcinoma (PDAC). In this study, we focused on Notch4, which had not been investigated in PDAC.
