ABSTRACT: To investigate the mechanism of action of the classical formula Ling-Gui-Zhu-Gan (LGZG) decoction in treating type 2 diabetes mellitus based on network pharmacology and molecular docking. The active ingredients and targets of LGZG decoction were collected by the Traditional Chinese Medicine Systems Pharmacology Database and Analysis Platform database and mapped using Cytoscape software to show their interrelationships. GeneCards, Pharmacogenomics Knowledge Base, OMIM, Therapeutic Target Database, and Drugbank databases were used to obtain targets related to type 2 diabetes; protein-protein interaction networks were established with the help of the STRING platform.
