<i>Kirsten rat sarcoma virus (KRAS)</i>-mutant cancers are frequent, metastatic, lethal, and largely undruggable. While interleukin (IL)-1β and nuclear factor (NF)-κB inhibition hold promise against cancer, untargeted treatments are not effective.
