The derivation of cardiomyocytes from human pluripotent stem cells (hPSCs) is a powerful tool to investigate early cardiogenesis and model diseases in vitro. Here, we present an optimized protocol to obtain contracting hPSCs-derived cardiomyocytes using a ready-to-use kit.
