YAP/TAZ have been identified as master regulators in malignant phenotypes of glioblastoma (GBM); however, YAP/TAZ transcriptional disruptor in GBM treatment remains ineffective. Whether post-transcriptional dysregulation of YAP/TAZ improves GBM outcome is currently unknown.
