ABSTRACT: The food delivery apps (FDAs) have facilitated the connection between food service providers and consumers, enabling online ordering through smartphones and offline delivery in Vietnam. The Covid-19 pandemic has significantly impacted the food and beverage industry, accelerating the process of digital transformation and promoting sustainability through online-to-offline service.
