ABSTRACT: To assess the efficacy of topical use of autologous platelet rich plasma (PRP) as a packing material in type 1 tympanoplasty in Mucosal Inactive COM disease by conducting a Randomized Controlled Trial in 80 patients. Prospective Randomized Controlled Trial. Total 80 patients were enrolled for the study after fulfilling the inclusion and exclusion criterion.
