A new genus of Textricini Lehtinen, 1967 (Araneae, Agelenidae) from Anatolia.

ABSTRACT: Türkiye is known to have the highest diversity of the spider family Agelenidae in the Western Palaearctic and the highest diversity of the subfamily Ageleninae globally. The new agelenid genus Anatextrixgen. nov. (Ageleninae, Textricini) and its type species, A.spectabilissp. nov. (♂♀; Mersin and Adana provinces, southern Türkiye), are described. A key to all four genera of Textricini is provided.

Sinocoelotes gen. n., a new genus of the subfamily Coelotinae (Araneae, Agelenidae) from Southeast Asia.

Project description:A new genus of the spider subfamily Coelotinae, Sinocoelotes gen. n., with nine new species, is described from Yunnan and Sichuan Provinces in southern China. The new species are: Sinocoelotes cangshanensis sp. n. (♀), Sinocoelotes hehuaensis sp. n. (♂♀), Sinocoelotes luoshuiensis sp. n. (♀), Sinocoelotes mangbangensis sp. n. (♀) from Yunnan; Sinocoelotes kangdingensis sp. n. (♀), Sinocoelotes ludingensis sp. n. (♂♀), Sinocoelotes mahuanggouensis sp. n. (♀), Sinocoelotes muliensis sp. n. (♀), and Sinocoelotes yanyuanensis sp. n. (♂) from Sichuan. In addition, six Coelotes species are transferred to the new genus: Sinocoelotes acicularis (Wang, Griswold & Ubick, 2009), comb. n. (♂♀), Sinocoelotes forficatus (Liu & Li, 2010), comb. n. (♂♀), Sinocoelotes guangxian (Zhang, Yang, Zhu & Song, 2003), comb. n. (♂♀), Sinocoelotes pseudoterrestris (Schenkel, 1963), comb. n. Yunguirius gen. nov., a new genus of Coelotinae (Araneae, Agelenidae) spiders from southwest China.

Project description:A new genus of the subfamily Coelotinae F. O. Pickard-Cambridge, 1893, Yunguiriusgen. nov. is described, comprising two new species and three species previously described in Draconarius Ovtchinnikov, 1999, all from southwest China: Y.duogesp. nov. (♀), Y.xiangdingsp. nov. (♀), Y.ornatus (Wang, Yin, Peng & Xie, 1990) comb. nov. (♂♀) (the type species of Yunguiriusgen. nov.), Y.subterebratus (Zhang, Zhu & Wang, 2017) comb. nov. (♀), and Y.terebratus (Peng & Wang, 1997) comb. nov. (♂♀). Molecular analyses support Yunguiriusgen. nov. as a monophyletic group, with the Sinodraconarius clade as its sister group: Yunguiriusgen. nov. + (Hengconarius + (Nuconarius + Sinodraconarius)).

(♂♀), S. sangjiuensissp. n. (♂♀, type species), S. yuisp. n. (♂♀) and S. patellabifidus (Wang, 2003) comb. n., ex. Draconarius Ovtchinnikov, 1999 is described. The genus is restricted to Southwest China. Sinodraconariusgen. n. is most similar to Draconarius but can be distinguished by the shape of the copulatory organs. The DNA barcodes of all species were documented for future use.
