<i>Colletotrichum gloeosporioides</i>, a significant fungal pathogen of crops and trees, causes large economic losses worldwide. However, its pathogenic mechanism remains totally unclear. In this study, four Ena ATPases (<i>Exitus natru</i>-type adenosine triphosphatases), homology of yeast Ena proteins, were identified in <i>C. gloeosporioides</i>.
