The genome sequence of the Elbow-stripe Grass-veneer, Agriphila geniculea (Haworth, 1811).

ABSTRACT: We present a genome assembly from an individual female Agriphila geniculea (the Elbow-stripe Grass-veneer; Arthropoda; Insecta; Lepidoptera; Crambidae). The genome sequence is 781.6 megabases in span. Most of the assembly is scaffolded into 30 chromosomal pseudomolecules, including the Z and W sex chromosomes. The mitochondrial genome has also been assembled and is 15.4 kilobases in length. Gene annotation of this assembly on Ensembl identified 22,132 protein coding genes.
