To effectively utilize solar energy, semitransparent solar cells are essential in various fields such as building-integrated solar power generation and portable solar chargers. We report triethylenetetramine (TETA)-doped graphene (Gr) transparent conductive electrode (TCE)-based LaVO<sub>3</sub> semitransparent solar cells.
