The Landscape of Currently Enrolling Maintenance Trials in Multiple Myeloma.


ABSTRACT: Maintenance therapies in multiple myeloma improve survival after induction treatment. This study characterizes the strategies for maintenance therapy being employed in currently enrolling clinical trials for patients with multiple myeloma and highlights how high-risk myeloma patients may be assigned to maintenance strategies incongruent with current US guidelines.
