A Novel Nomogram for Predicting the Overall Survival in Patients with Unresectable HCC after TACE plus Hepatic Arterial Infusion Chemotherapy

ABSTRACT: Highlights • The novel nomogram established in this study can accurately predict the overall survival (OS) of patients with unresectable HCC after the combination of TACE plus HAIC (TACE-HAIC).• The novel nomogram outperformed BCLC staging systems, Child-Pugh score and TNM classification, in predicting OS of individualized patient.• This novel nomogram is simple and easy to apply in a clinical setting and could assist clinicians in accurately predicting the OS of patients with unresectable HCC after TACE-HAIC.
