The genome sequence of the scale worm, Lepidonotus clava (Montagu, 1808).

ABSTRACT: We present a genome assembly from an individual Lepidonotus clava (scale worm; Annelida; Polychaeta; Phyllodocida; Polynoidae). The genome sequence is 1,044 megabases in span. Most of the assembly is scaffolded into 18 chromosomal pseudomolecules. The mitochondrial genome has also been assembled and is 15.6 kilobases in length.
