Draft Genome Sequences of 17 Campylobacter coli Strains Isolated from Animal and Food Sources in Brazil.

ABSTRACT: Campylobacter spp. have been reported as one of the most frequent causes of acute gastroenteritis in humans worldwide. Here, we report 17 draft genome sequences of C. coli strains isolated from animal and food sources in Brazil. These data will improve our understanding of this species in Brazil.
