ABSTRACT:

Background

Papillary thyroid cancer (PTC) is the most common endocrine malignant tumour. The purpose of this study was to explore the potential molecular mechanism of circRNA regulating immune-related mRNA through sponge miRNA in the occurrence and immune regulation of PTC.

Methods

All data were downloaded from public databases, such as GEO, Immport and TCGA. Differentially expressed (DE) mRNAs (DEmRNAs), DEmiRNAs and DEcircRNAs were identified using metaMA and limma packages. Subsequently, immune-related DEmRNAs were screened, and circRNA-miRNA-mRNA (ceRNA) regulatory network was constructed.
