Hyaluronic acid (HA) is a crucial component of the extracellular matrix, and its level of accumulation is related to the progression of various malignant tumors. In this study, a pan-cancer analysis of the three enzymes called hyaluronan synthases (HAS1, HAS2, and HAS3) that produce HA was performed.
