This study investigated antimicrobial resistance (AMR) phenotypes and genotypes exhibited by <i>Neisseria gonorrhoeae</i> from Yaoundé, Cameroon. AMR to tetracycline, penicillin and ciprofloxacin was observed although none of the isolates had reduced susceptibility to azithromycin, cefixime or ceftriaxone.
