ABSTRACT: Background
Systemic immune inflammatory index (SII) and systemic inflammatory response index (SIRI) are combinations of non-specific inflammatory and adaptive immune response impairments associated with cardiovascular disease. Yet little analysis has been done on SII, SIRI and acute myocardial infarction (AMI) prognosis. The purpose of this study was to investigate the correlation of SII and SIRI with clinical risk factors such as GRACE, Gensini, and QTc after acute myocardial infarction. Methods
This study enrolled 310 patients with AMI from February 1, 2018, to December 31, 2022, at our institution. Routine blood items calculated SII and SIRI. Two groups were divided according to whether MACE occurred: the MACE group (81 cases) and the NMACE group (229 cases); each group w
