ABSTRACT: In this study, we developed an efficient co-conversion marker, using the conserved dpy-10 gene, to facilitate creation and detection of CRISPR/Cas9-mediated targeted genomic changes in an emerging male/female nematode model system, Caenorhabditis nigoni .
