Draft genome sequence of yeast Vanrija sp. strain TS01, isolated from leukemia patient's urine.

ABSTRACT: Vanrija sp. strain TS01 was isolated from urine sample from a leukemia patient in Nanjing, China. The closest known relative strain is Vanrija humicola with average nucleotide identity value of 93.1. The draft genome comprises 22.0 Mb in 52 contigs, with G + C content of 62.57%.
