Whole-genome sequencing and annotation of selected Enterobacteriaceae derived from commercial cucumber fermentation.

ABSTRACT: We report five whole-genome sequences, along with annotations, representing Enterobacteriaceae from the genera Enterobacter (n = 1), Pantoea (n = 1), and Leclercia (n = 3) isolated from commercial cucumber fermentations performed in North Carolina and Minnesota, USA.
